This tour features participation in the Afrochella Music Festival, one of the most renowned and important music and culture festivals on the international festival scene. This festival is headlined by music stars from all over the world; is filled with art and fashion displays; the best of Ghanaian cuisine; and so much more!!!
In addition to participation in the Afrochella Music Festival, the group will have the opportunity to experience New Year’s Eve on one of Ghana’s most beautiful beaches. Ring in the New Year partying under the stars with fireworks, bonfires, an endless buffet and the best music from the US and Ghana.
Tour members will also visit several cities in four different regions of Ghana and visit important tourist sites in each city.

Tour members will participate in a traditional naming ceremony where they will be received by village chiefs and elders who will welcome them into their African “family” and after a traditional ceremony with dancing and celebration, give them the names they would have been given if they had been born into these adopted families.
